weekly meetings.
Bring TenTenor to your leadership meeting. Get a scored report, issue-solving breakdown, and personalized feedback for every participant – in minutes, every week, across all your teams.
Built for the operating meetings run in EOS®, Scaling Up®, and teams with their own structure.

"We have already restructured our issue discussion thanks to its feedback that our informal approach to IDSing was not working well. It's also been helpful for me personally to see how I can improve as a participant in the meeting."
Six formats out of the box: the EOS® L10™ and Quarterly, the Scaling Up® 4D and Daily Huddle, 3HAG Weekly, and a General Weekly for teams with no prescribed methodology. Every segment and every score is tuned to the one you pick. OKRs and 4DX are next.Tell us what you run →
Everything you'd get from an experienced facilitator.
Every segment graded. Five pillars of meeting health. One report, every week, in your inbox.
Segment flow analysis
Every segment mapped to the clock – see where the meeting ran long, where it ran thin, and how clean the transitions were.
Issue-solving deep dive
Root cause quality. Solution clarity. Tangent detection. Resolution rates. The core of every operational meeting, scored.
Per-person coaching
Every participant gets a personal, evidence-based report: strengths, growth edges, and one concrete challenge for next week. Set the coaching tone per team: supportive, standard, or blunt.
Core values & One Thing
Catches the moments your team lived a core value – cited verbatim, tied to the person. Tracks each participant's One Thing goal, meeting over meeting.
Week over week
We write every report with your team's history in view, and grade against the challenge already set. Scores move with the team instead of resetting each week.
Sized to your meeting
We grade a 15-minute daily huddle differently from a full-day quarterly. Each format carries its own agenda and target length, and your team can tune segment times to match how you run it.
From meeting to report in ~10 minutes.
No software to install. No process to change. Run your meeting the way you always have.

Meeting health across every team, in one weekly view.

"My clients are gaining traction with TenTenor by bringing clarity and consistency to how they lead and coach. It's especially powerful in improving the quality and effectiveness of L10 meetings across departments."
Visionaries, Integrators, and Implementers can spot which teams are gaining traction and which need attention – without sitting in eight meetings a week.
Operators using it on real meetings.
Unedited reactions from leadership teams running their first reports.
“It's fantastic! I just reviewed the meeting report with our CEO and he was really impressed too. The intelligence with which it reviewed and the substance were excellent.”
“This is AWESOME!! My integrator used it today for first time in my company's L10. The analysis was spot on. It wasn't surprising to me as the leader, but to see it shared with whole L10 team in written form with suggestions for how each could improve … and to be open and honest with each other about it all … WOW WOW WOW.”
“The analysis is excellent. I love the specific personal feedback and the overall ratings. This will help us!”
“I am very excited about TenTenor and view it as a valuable tool for the entire organization, not just the leadership team. We plan to roll it out to the organization in the coming weeks!”
“I reviewed the first two reports and implemented a few of the recommendations. We got through the pre-IDS portion of the L-10 in record time today. So, that was enough to get me on the starter package.”
“It's been very helpful so far. The team has been reviewing the feedback and changing based off of it, which has been great.”
“The use of TenTenor has significantly helped us to improve the quality of our meeting. The use of AI made the critique feel less personal and does not impact the team chemistry. It has also brought forth a self-awareness that did not exist before. I would highly recommend the use of TenTenor!”
“We are really enjoying the system. One of my roles in the company is to observe different L10s so I'm looking forward to utilizing TenTenor with different teams.”
“It was really intuitive to record and upload. I really liked the feedback it gave me from our meeting!”
“I really like the report's structure – it combines an overall evaluation with a personal in-depth analysis. The “To-dos” summary is also a good way to check whether all tasks were recorded.”
“We use TenTenor to get useful feedback on how our teams run their meetings, and I've been impressed by how accurately it identifies when we drift from the intended structure. Its reports help us see what's working and where we can run our meetings better.”
“We talk about TenTenor feedback during the meeting when things go off track, as if it's a real person listening in!”
“The quality and effectiveness of how a leader runs their management meetings, in whatever cadence they run, is instrumental to the effectiveness and productivity of the team and therefore the company. I think those few hours are probably among the most important in a company's typical week or month, so getting the most out of them is super important and can be transformative to any business. TenTenor helps you do just that, and keep learning and raising the bar. Highly recommend it.”
“TenTenor is a fantastic personal coaching resource that accompanies us in every ScalingUp meeting. It keeps us accountable, isn't afraid to point out any flaws, and helps ensure we're continually improving and making progress toward our goals.”
“TenTenor was incredibly helpful in evaluating how closely our team followed the EOS Level 10 Meeting process and identifying specific opportunities to improve. The precise feedback helped us quickly elevate the quality of our meetings, making them more focused, accountable, and outcomes driven. The meeting notes and action items became a beloved aspect of this unique tool. I highly recommend it to any team looking to run more powerful, productive, and results-oriented L10 meetings.”
Built for the room
where decisions get made.
Your leadership meeting is the most sensitive recording in your company. We treat it that way – every recording, transcript, and report is encrypted and never used to train external models.
- AES‑256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Recordings, transcripts, and reports are encrypted on disk in isolated tenant storage.
- Your data, never the model's. We don't train any third‑party model on your recordings.
- One-time password sign-in. No shared logins, no passwords to leak. Each member authenticates with a fresh code sent to their work email.
- Team-scoped access with admin oversight. Members only see meetings from teams they're part of. Admin and owner roles unlock cross-team visibility and org-wide insights.
Common questions.
Everything operating leads ask in the first call. If yours isn't here, drop us a line.
How is this different from a meeting transcription tool?
Transcription tools give you the words. TenTenor gives you an AI coach in the room — a scored report against five pillars of meeting health, segment-by-segment timing analysis, issue-solving depth grading, and personalized coaching for every participant. We write each report with your team's history in view, so the coaching builds week to week. Transcripts are available to download as well.
What about data privacy and confidentiality?
SOC 2 Type II audited against the Security and Confidentiality trust services criteria. Recordings and transcripts are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), scoped to your workspace, and never used to train third-party models.
Who sees the personalized feedback for each participant?
Everyone on the team. Personalized coaching is visible to all participants — that's the design choice, not an oversight. Even CEOs get open feedback that the rest of the team sees, which is the point: feedback that hides loses its teeth, and the teams that get the most out of TenTenor are the ones willing to be coached in the open.
Workspace access is scoped to invited team members only, and you control who's in the room.
Which operating systems does TenTenor work with?
Six formats work out of the box: EOS® L10™ and EOS® Quarterly, Scaling Up® 4D and the Scaling Up® Daily Huddle, 3HAG Weekly, and a General Weekly for teams running no prescribed methodology. Every segment and every score is tuned to the format you pick, and teams can adjust segment lengths to match how they run the meeting. OKRs and 4DX are next. If yours isn't listed, mention it on the form and we'll factor it into prioritization.
How does the meeting actually get recorded?
TenTenor joins your meeting like any other participant on Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams — no plugins, no browser extensions, no calendar OAuth, no changes to how you run the meeting. Invite the bot once to your recurring calendar event and it shows up to every meeting after. The bot listens, transcribes, and leaves when the meeting ends.
What if our meeting is in person, not virtual?
Same product, different capture. Record audio on any device — phone, laptop, dedicated recorder — and upload the file. TenTenor handles speaker identification automatically, and the report comes back the same way. Works for offline meetings where the team is all in the room.
How long until we see results?
The report lands within ~10 minutes of the meeting ending. Most teams see measurable shifts — tighter segment timing, cleaner issue solving, fewer dropped to-dos — within three to four weekly cycles. The personal coaching reports compound over a quarter.
What happens if our meeting runs over or off-agenda?
That's exactly what the report flags. Segment timing is graded against the agenda your team is running, and tangents are detected and surfaced. Most teams find their first three reports unflattering — and their fourth meeting noticeably tighter.
Does TenTenor integrate with our existing tools?
TenTenor runs independently, which means it's compatible with every operating-system tool out of the box: Ninety, Bloom Growth, Success.co, Strety, Asana, Monday.com, and any custom internal scorecard, rocks doc, or issues list your team maintains. Native integrations — auto-syncing to-dos, Rocks, and scorecard updates back to your tool of choice — are something we're actively exploring. Tell us what you use on the form.
What does it cost?
Every team starts on a 21-day trial. After that, plans start at $197/month and scale with the number of teams you run. You choose or change your plan inside the app, and you can cancel anytime. We're onboarding teams one at a time for now. Self-serve signup is coming.
